Implementation INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY OF ACCURATE IN Small and Medium Enterprises.

ABSTRACT
In the situation of an economy that is increasingly difficult, because the oil crisis and a lot of competition in many areas of life, including the competitive business world, the position of SMEs feel once they are especially for the farmers. Of appropriate technology that is used in small medium agribusiness activities begin at stage input, process, and the output is still relatively low compared to other industry events. Agribusiness production processes are still using traditional equipment, so it's difficult to be able to compete with other processing industry, so the added value created by SMEs in the agribusiness sector is still relatively low. With advances in technology, companies are required to follow the development of the age that does not fall behind with the other. The purpose of this in the middle is a small business to identify the technologies that have and have not been used in the pre-eminent commodity of agribusiness and the application of appropriate technology in order to develop a superior commodity agribusiness. Information technology system not being used and to encourage harvest of the farmers and the agribusiness sector SME sector, this is because there is no encouragement and willingness of various parties. Technology that is applied from the first until the fifth subsystem agribusiness has been implemented but are still simple and has not been able to improve the production process of agribusiness, so that has not been able to encourage business in the field of small and medium enterprises.

INTRODUCTION
The information economy is a large market share. In the era of globalization, the development of technology that is rapidly increasing and now specialize in the company, each company claimed in its ability to improve the efficiency and activate use of resources that are owned company. The development of a world of growing competition and rapid, which caused many companies are racing to compete for the maximum level in production.

• Appropriate Use of Technology
Appropriate Use of Technology is the technology that matches the needs of the community, can answer the problems the community, does not damage the environment and can be use by people easily, cheaper and produces value-added aspects of both economic and environmental. To development of appropriate technology can be optimally realized when there is technology transfer from the creator or owner of appropriate technology to the public users of appropriate technology. Reality shows that the discovery of the new technology is rapidly effective, both found by the community, business, tingga universities, research institutions and the development of private and public property.

• Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
the potential and the strategic role, because a large amount and distribution area, KUKM is a strength for the community economic activities, and can be a foothold in the welfare increase. At least during this KUKM has been able to contribute to the absorption of labor and the largest increase in national exports, and in the establishment of national GDP

exam : product bag laptop. bag laptop can be offered with two alternatives payment. which can be total payment and credit payment, If costumer choose The first payment is totally payment with price @Rp 100,000,- or and the another payment is everyweeks must paid with price @ Rp 25000,- in 4 weeks. What the payment will be choose if costumer have a analysis with interest 10%?
Sollution :

~ first alternative : p1 = Rp 100.000,-

~ second alternative with p2 :
p2 = RP 25.000,- (P/A, 10%, 4)
= Rp 25.000,- (6,1446)
= Rp 153.600,-
Because the P value from the first alternatives payment has a big payment then the second payment so the costumer will choose second payment.

Learning Contract dalam e-Learning

Kawan,
Ada satu hal yang mungkin terlupakan atau terabaikan dalam konsep distance learning baik dengan memanfaatkan e-learning maupun hybrid learning yaitu kontrak belajar (learning contract). Tahukah Anda bahwa dalam pembelajaran / pendidikan jarak jauh (distance learning), karena keterpisahan JARAK dalam tanda petik antara pemelajar dan tutor / instruktur / dosen / guru, maka menuntut dua atau mungkin tiga-lah konsekuensi utama.

Pertama, adalah penting sekali digunakannya teknologi telekomunikasi. Bener gak? Ya, bener. Kalo gak gimana pembelajaran bisa terjadi? Orang guru dan murid terpisah jarak. Bersyukur sekarang telah ada teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti komputer dan internet yang dapat menunjang itu secara lebih efektif dan efisien, disamping teknologi lama seperti surat (bukan surat elektronik), radio, televisi, telepon. Pemanfaatan teknologi ini kita kenal dengan istilah “e-Learning.” Dulu, distance learning dikenal juga dengan istilah correspondence learning, karena komunikasi dilakukan melalui surat-menyurat via kantor pos. Kini, komunikasi bisa terjadi secara synchronous (video conference, computer conference, audio conference, chatting (text conference)) maupun asynchronous melalui e-mail, forum diskusi, milist de el el. Sehingga semua orang dewasa ini dapat belajar kapan saja, dimana saja dengan cara apa saja (learning anyttime, anywhere anyhow).

Konsekuensi kedua, penting sekali diterapkannya sistem belajar mandiri. Kalo kata mbah Knowles dinamakan “self-directed learning” or “autonomous learning” menurut Philip Candy. Yang dimaksud dengan belajar mandiri adalah bahwa pemelajar (siswa/mahasiswa/peserta) diberikan otonomi yang luas alias kewenangan untuk menentukan apa yang akan ia pelajari, bagaimana mempelajarinya, dengan siapa atau dengan apa ia akan belajar, bagaimana keberhasilan belajarnya ia buktikan atau tunjukkan. Kemandirian belajar, dalam e-learning atau distance learning memang sangat menentukkan. Oleh karena itu, konsekuensi ketiga, mau gak mau harus paradigma pembelajarannya juga harus bergeser dari pendekatan “techer centered learning” menuju “student centered learning. Lagi-lagi, menurut istilah mbah Malcolm adalah Andragogy.

Mengingat konsekuensi-konsekuensi di atas, salah satu tool penting yang dapat digunakan dalam e-learning yang mau ga mau jug harus menerapkan independent learning, adalah penggunaan “learning contract” menurut istilah mbah Knowles atau kita kenal sebagai Kontrak Belajar. Dalam kontrak belajar, katakanlah untuk satu course yang peserta ambil, ia menyatakan dengan jelas dan spesifik tentang pengetahuan, keterampilan atau sikap atau nilai-nilai apa saja yang ingin dia capai. Termasuk didalamnya aktifitas apa saja yang akan ia lakukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, kapan aktifitas tersebut ia lakukan, dan bagaimana ia membuktikan bahwa tujuan yang telah ia tetapkan tersebut dicapai.

Secara konvensional, kontrak belajar ini dibuat dalam matriks secara tertulis, dan disetujui oleh peserta itu sendiri dan tutor. Dalam perjalanannya, hal-hal tertentu yang sudah disepakati bersama dapat saja berubah. Artinya, bersifat tentatif, tapi benar-benar menjadi niat dan akad bersama untuk dilaksanakan. Lebih jelasnya, contoh learning contract versi mbah Knowles (1986) adalah seperti ini: learningcontracts.

“Contract learning is, in essence, an alternative way of structuring a learning experience: It replaces a content plan with a process plan.” (Malcolm Knowles, 1986)
Nah, kawan kawan sekalian. Dalam Learning Management System yang ada saat ini, misal Moodle, Atutor, Claroline, dan lain-lain, sepengetahuan saya, belum ada yang memasukan aplikasi konsep “learning contract” ini. Seandainya, learning contract tersebut dibuat kedalam bentuk aplikasi yang bisa dilakukan secara elektronik sebagaimana aplikasi assignment, maka akan lebih melengkapi fasilitas LMS itu sendiri sebagai kendaraan e-learning. Tentu saja dalam aplikasi tersebut, memungkinkan instruktur memberikan bimbingan atau arahan maupun secara fleksibel peserta bersangkutan memperbaharui kontrak belajarnya sendiri.

Tulisan ini, merupakan kontribusi desain pembelajaran, untuk para pengembang e-Learning. Siapa yang sanggup ngembangin aplikasinya, hayoooooooo! Saya bukan bidangnya, jadi ta lempar di forum ini.
